Complete the following:

1) Grant us access:

Add support@greenthumblocal.com as a “manager” to your Google Business Profile

2) Submit Business Verification:

Email proof of legitimacy (LLC, business license, or DBA) to support@greenthumblocal.com

Note: These steps are required for us to begin resolving your suspension. However, if you prefer, you can wait to grant access until after speaking with us.

 

Steps to grant us access to your Google My Business page:

Go to your Google Business Profile.

Click the Menu (3 vertical dots top center of page)> Business Profile settings > People and access.

At the top left, click +Add icon.

Enter email address support@greenthumblocal.com

Under "Access," choose “Manager”.

Click Invite.

Note: You will remain the Owner of your Google Business Profile. Adding us as a “manager” simply grants us the access needed to communicate with Google on your behalf and work toward resolving the issue.


 

Google’s response time can vary, so we appreciate your patience throughout the process. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed with all updates.

Our standard fee is $349 or $549, depending on the complexity of your case.

Rare, more complex cases may be $649 and up.
